Christina received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Sport Science from Elon University in 2009. Soon after, she graduated with honors from
Nova Southeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2012 and a
member of the APTA since 2009.
For the past 6 years she has practiced in all areas of Orthopaedic rehabilitation in the Tampa Bay area,
including but not limited to: sports injuries, balance and neurological issues, post surgical rehab, work injuries, overuse injuries, and many
other musculoskeletal conditions of all age ranges. Christina is also Herman and Wallace trained for treating women's health or pelvic floor
conditions; examples include incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, vulvodynia, or chronic pelvic pain.
Christina believes in
utilizing evidence-based treatment with a combination of manual therapy and functional therapeutic exercises to help patients regain full
functionality, meet personal goals, and prevent further injury. She has continued her education with specific training in Kinesio taping, issues
in women's health, functional movement assessment, and various manual techniques for the spine and extremities. In her free time, she enjoys
running, tennis, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband and son.
