Jennifer Prugh completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Valparaiso University in 2007 and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from
University of Florida in 2011. Jennifer practiced outpatient physical therapy in Gainesville, FL at a private practice and at UF Health Shands
prior to spending 7 years in Virginia practicing in outpatient and inpatient rehab settings. She has experience and enjoys working with patients
of all ages.
During her career she has treated patients with sports injuries, balance and neurological conditions, overuse injuries, work injuries,
as well as all orthopedic injuries including post-surgical rehab. Her treatment approach emphasizes using evidence-based treatment to help patients
regain their function and meet their goals. She enjoys helping patients take control of their treatment and recovery as well as teaching patients
about injury prevention and wellness. She has a commitment to life-long learning and has taken numerous courses in manual therapy. She obtained her
certification in Dry Needling (Cert. DN) through the Dry Needling Institute, under the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) in 2017. She
is credentialed through the APTA as a clinical instructor and enjoys teaching students in the clinic.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys exercising, exploring the Tampa Bay area, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
